Everyone in my family loves my fried chicken!  This recipe is juicy, quick, and delicious (of course my dog loves it!). You can season it with any spices and even toss it in your favorite sauce after it’s cooked-it’s great for sticky honey chicken wings! I often just drizzle Craic sauce on top. I love using bone-in chicken thighs since they're so flavorful, but any cut will work. See below for my yummy recipe and YouTube video. Enjoy!

-Pastured bone in chicken thighs or your preferred cut (approximately 1 pound)
-Extra virgin
olive oil
-Salt
-Garlic powder
-Paprika
-Thyme
-Sage
-Avocado oil spray

1. Put chicken thighs in a mixing bowl and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
2. Sprinkle desired amount of spices over the chicken thighs. Mix to ensure even coating.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 380ºF for 5 minutes.
4. Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil spray
5. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer, skin side down. Set the air fryer to 380ºF for 28 minutes.
6. Half way through cooking, turn the thighs so the skin side is facing up.
7. Chicken skin should be a crispy golden brown and the internal temperature should register at least 165ºF with a meat thermometer (not touching any bones). Depending on the size of the meat, additional cooking time may be required. Enjoy!
