My healthy all purpose flour blend is simple to make and works so well for cookies and cakes! I like to make a few batches of it ahead of time and store in an airtight container until I’m ready to use for a recipe. For convenience, you can also just buy a premade mix from the market that contains the same ingredients, but I prefer making my own mix because I can use organic flours that I already have in my pantry. Depending on the recipe you’re making, you might need to add 1/2 tsp of xanthan gum for each cup of flour. See below for my recipe and YouTube video. Enjoy!

-1/2 cup blanched almond flour
-1/4 cup
organic arrowroot powder
-1/8 cup organic tapioca flour
-1/8 cup organic coconut flour

1. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine. Store in an airtight container until ready to use. Enjoy!
