My hot fudge sauce is so quick and delicious!  We always have a jar in the fridge.  It's great on top of ice cream, cakes, cookies, Swedish pancakes, and even veggies.  It even tastes amazing cold out of the refrigerator on a spoon.  Enjoy!

-1 cup organic heavy cream
-5 tablespoons powdered monkfruit sweetener
-1/3 cup no sugar dark chocolate chips
-1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1. Add the heavy cream and sweetener into a saucepan and turn the heat on to high.
2. Whisk the mixture until it comes to a boil.
3. Turn the heat down
to low and stir in the chocolate chips with a rubber spatula
4. Continue stirring until the chocolate chips have melted completely and the sauce begins to thicken, about 5-7 minutes, depending on your stove.
5. Remove the pan from the heat
and stir in the vanilla.
6. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
and reheat when ready to use. Enjoy!
