 My morning chocolate milkshake is a yummy start to the day! It’s healthy, full of flavor, and takes only a minute to make! It’s loaded with good stuff too, which is great for your gut microbes (prebiotics, probiotics, polyphenols, antioxidants). This recipe makes two servings, so double it if you want more. -1 teaspoon organic agave inulin powder (if you’re new to inulin powder, start with 1/8 teaspoon and gradually increase it to 1 teaspoon over 2 weeks)
- 1 teaspoon organic non-alkalized cocoa powder (or less to taste)
-1 teaspoon powdered monkfruit sweetener

- 1 tablespoon plain A2 yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)
- 3/4 cup of A2 casein milk (o
r coconut or almond milk )

- Pinch of turmeric (or pure organic peppermint extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom powder, etc) (optional)

 

 

1. Add inulin powder, sweetener, cocoa powder, yogurt, and optional flavorings to a mixing bowl and stir into a paste.
2. Add milk to the bowl and whisk together until all ingredients are combined.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. If not serving immediately, keep chilled in the refrigerator.
