If you love the sweet taste of a Starbucks Frappuccino but don’t want to consume all of that sugar, my copycat recipe is for you!  I typically drink my coffee black, but this is a yummy treat that I do enjoy from time to time!  It is seriously one of the easiest recipes to make and has been a hit with everyone who has tried it!  See below for my recipe and YouTube video.  Enjoy!

-1 large or 2 small lemons
-Zest of 1 lemon
-3 cups of water
-3-4 tablespoon
Lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener (or more, depending on your taste)

1. Zest the lemons then rub the lemons back and forth a few times on the counter to loosen up the juices.
2. Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice with a citrus juicer or your hands.
3. Pour the lemon juice into a small saucepan through a fine mesh strainer.
4. Add the water, sweetener, and zest to the pot.
5. Turn the heat on to medium and cook, stirring until the sweetener has dissolved (1-2 minutes). Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
6. Remove the pot from the stove and pour into a glass container with a l
id through a fine mesh strainer.
7. Refrigerate for about 3 hours or until completely chilled. Enjoy!
