My BBQ ranch dressing is so flavorful and simple to make.  I especially love it in a salad with romaine lettuce, red onions, celery, pressure cooked black beans, avocado, shredded gruyere, and dried onion flakes.  I often top it with crushed plantain chips for a wonderful crunch.  Enjoy!
